Marauders #8 is in stores from Marvel Comics next week, by the Gerry Duggan of comics, Gerry Duggan, and Stefano Caselli, and after giving us an entire issue to mull over the cliffhanger where Sebastian Shaw sent Kate Pryde sinking to a watery doom, we’re finally going to find out whether Kate really died… right here in this preview! Kind of.

But catching up with Bishop, who donned a Homines Verendi outfit and infiltrated a salvage misison off the coast of Madripoor, we find an urgent call for Emma’s help.

Bishop has found Kate… and since she’s been underwater for two issues now, we can assume she’s dead… right?

Or perhaps we’ll learn Kate has figured out how to phase air into her lungs? Marauders #8 hits stores on Wednesday.
