Daredevil #18 is in stores next week from Marvel Comics, by Chip Zdarsky and Jorge Fornes. We’ve got a preview below.

If you haven’t been following the story, the gist is that Daredevil is a lecherous creep who became obsessed with a bookstore clerk because he kept smelling her, and now he’s embroiled in a whole mob thing because the Owl has kidnapped her daughter.

And due to rampant corruption in New York City going all the way to the mayor’s office, the cops aren’t doing anything about it.

Until Detective Cole North arrives and shames them into action.

Cole is working with Daredevil, putting his trust in a vigilante.

But that’s a stupid thing to do, because Daredevil doesn’t plan to do things by the book.

Daredevil #18 hits stores on Wednesday.
