Daredevil #19 is in stores from Marvel Comics this week, by Chip Zdarsky and Marco Checchetto, as this series hurtles toward Daredevil putting his tights back on and then the inevitable reboot. A preview, you ask? Why, yes!

New York City. Somehow, in Daredevil comics, it hasn't changed since the 1970s. It's run down. It's dangerous. It's… holy crap, it's a New York City where Rudy Giuliani and Michael Bloomberg never existed!!! It's a paradise!

Though there are maybe a few problems.

Nothing Daredevil and his new best friend, Detective Cole North, can't handle though.

Daredevil #19 hits stores on Wednesday.
