Jon Moxley vs. Brodie Lee Booked for AEW Double or Nothing

Jon Moxley faced Frankie Kazarian in a non-title match on AEW Dynamite Wednesday, but the question remained: who would challenge Moxley for the AEW World Championship at Double or Nothing on May 23rd? That question was seemingly answered after the match, when, after Moxley scored the victory, the Dark Order charged the ring to assault him. Once Moxley was suitably softened up, The Exalted One Brodie Lee took to the ring and took Moxley out with a clothesline.

"Mr. Moxley, I am just here to answer the bounty that you put on your very head last week," Lee said. "There's no crowd here to save you. No energy to lift you up. No one's there to save you, Mox. This, Mr. Moxley, this is the energy you feel now. You understand me? I have so much that you desire, Mox. And I'm certainly not the same person that used to look eye to eye with you in the past. I am a leader. I make lives extraordinary. And at any point, any one of these noble, distinguished men will stand up and sacrifice themselves for me. We truly appreciate you making yourself available to us tonight."

Brodie Lee challenged Jon Moxley for the AEW Championship.

"You are the unfortunate soul that has come into possession of something that I want," Lee continued. "Something that I desire. Something, Mr. Moxley, that need. Now, Evil Uno, he tells me that you're s reasonable man, but you have the crown jewel of professional wrestling, and this is a challenge for the AEW world championship. I don't know if you're reasonable,  Mox. I don't know who you are. I don't know what you are. I don't know if you're an actor. I don't know if you're a movie star now, an MMA fighter, a rebel. I don't know what you are. Or if you're just a scared little fatherless boy from Cincinnati. Answer my challenge, Mox, or we will make you."

Moxley answered: "Dude, all you had to do was ask." Lee kicked Moxley in the face and the Dark Order jumped him again. Lee then left with the title. AEW confirmed the match officially for Double or Nothing later in the night. Lee will also face Christopher Daniels on Dynamite next week. Another match that was booked is MJF vs. Jungle Boy, revealed in an interview segment earlier in the show.
